**Job Title:** Sales Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Estimated Salary: up to $3000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and expand our presence in the craft beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the craft beverage industry.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Process Optimization: Leverage Salesforce and explore AI-driven tools to streamline the sales process. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with company founders to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B packaging or craft beverage industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer success. Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Industry experience in aluminum beverage cans is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in beverage packaging or CPG packaging.
- Background in the craft beer or beverage co-manufacturing industry.
